The checkweighers have an infeed screw
to pace-feed the weighing unit, provided with independent drive. Product handling in the entire machine takes place by means of special
conveyor chains (track versions available);
a double main structure allows the weighing module to be isolated from any external
vibrations.
The 30D3 and 31D3 range of checkweighers
can be combined with various reject systems such
as: high-speed pneumatic ejectors, progressive diverters,
rotating blades etc
Made of AISI 304
and AISI 316 stainless steel (for open packages
with the presence of aggressive liquids) with
IP65 and IP67 protection grade.
